The first PDS3 to PDS4 Migration Workshop focused on creating a PDS4 mock-up of the wild2astrom.lbl file in this data set, using a pre-release version of the PDS4 master schema. A number of model issues were identified:

• Start and stop times are not required to be UTC - they have a data type of Date_Time, despite the availability of a Date_Time_UTC type.
• The patterns for the ASCII_Date_Time_UTC type are suspect.
• There is no context class for ground-based observatories, and it is not clear what context collection groundbased observatories or telescopes would go into.
